| Seller's Sales Conditions (Figuren Journal online Shop) 1. Pictures of the offered item are part of the description. In general major defects are also mentioned in the description. Hidden defects are described, where ever these are known.
2. All items will be shipped only after payment has been recieved. Ownership of the item remains with the seller, until payment has been received in full.
3. The items will be sent at the buyer's risk. If requested, insurance for shipping the item will be included at the buyers cost.
4. Used items are only available once. There is absolutely no guarantee on these items.
5. Shipping: We ship immediately upon receipt of payment, typically within 24 hours. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers´delivery times.
The buyer must cover the costs for shipping and handling, as detailed below:
- Germany: 5.00 Euro (not insured), 7.50 Euro (insured),
- Europe: 16.50 Euro (insured),
- World: 29.00 Euro (insured, surface),
- World: 35.00 Euro (insured, air mail).
6. Returns: If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.
-You must notify us of your desire to return your purchase within 7 days; it must arrive here within 3 weeks of our ship date to you.
-Returned items must be the same item in the exaxt same condition as originally shipped. Returns must be shipped insured.
- Shiping costs, insurance and handling charges (if any) are not refundable.

7. Payments Accepted
We accept PayPAl. PayPal enables you to send payments quickly and securely online using a credit card or bank account. In case of paypal payments we add 4% to the total of the invoice. We also accept cash (registered letter), US or UK checks or US money orders and bank to bank transfers.
